if you only buy one self help book this year - buy this one! just reading it makes you aware of what you are missing out on and can reasonably hope to attain in your life.The style is conversational and enthousiastic, the exercises simply and clearly explained and with a minimum of effort, it is possible to obtain tangible results for oneself and a greater awareness of others. I have recomended it to all my friends and am delighted to see that it is available in France!
